As we recently reported in our Russian-language website with reference to the latest Bilderberg group decisions of the Spain meeting 2010, a news perestroika, Perestroika 2, in now underway in Russia. According to non-mainstream media in Europe, the goal of Perestroika 2, promoted by the West, is to replace Putin with the Russian opposition leader, Nemtsov. Medvedev quits together with Putin. Nemtsov is "untouchable" for Putin.
Putin may not arrest him. Nemtsov was recently detained during a rally in Moscow for PR purposes for only 3 hours. And the White House, the State Departtment and the EU immediately started protesting. Nemtsov is also a Jew, like Putin and Medvedev. As a Polish website, Polskaweb, writes, Putin is said to have already handed over the largest part of his stolen fortune to the "enlightened" and is ready to quit from power in a near future. At present, Russian and Western media discredit Putin, with Putin's and KGB active participation, to explain the need of his departure for his "profane" countrymen.
According to some independent media in the West, the level of discontent with Putin in Russia is now too high. And their is a risk of a nationalist revolution with disintegration of Russia, which the West is trying to prevent. Nemtsov is NOT going to get out from the Caucasus. Russia under Nemtsov would be the same as Russia under Putin, bloody, anti-Islamic and terrorist. The Russian nationalist revolution could bring independence to the Caucasus because the Russians would be too busy with a civil war to pay attention to the Muslims.

In the framework of Prestroika-2, the KGB website InoSMI published a review of the interview by the French magazine L'Express with Ali Israilov, the father of Umar Israilov who was killed by Kadyrov's gangsters in Vienna 2 years ago. Comparing the French text with the KGB review, we amazingly did not find any traces of typical political censorship. The InoSMI writes:
"The French magazine L'Express published an interview with Ali Israilov, the father Umar Israilov, who was killed in January 2009 in Vienna.
'Umar, who served as Kadyrov's bodyguard before his defection, was an unwanted witness: he had heard Kadyrov ordering killings and tortures of the people. Moreover, he saw Kadyrov doing it himself", Israilov told French magazine's correspondent Blaise Gauquelin.
By kidnapping Ali Israilov in the fall of 2004, Kadyrov's men tried to find out where his son was hiding.
"I was kept imprisoned for 11 months and 4 days and was treated like a piece of meat: tortured and beaten. They kept me in a basement in Gudermes city for a long time, the magazine writes. Ali Israilov said he was held hostage in a hope that Umar will try to rescue him.
When he was released with a hlp from human rights organizations, he was able to leave. Russia "For nearly a year, I now live in an isolated place where there are no Chechens. I feel safe", Israilov said.
He admitted that he has no illusions about his claim against the Russian Federation in the European Court for Human Rights.
"I'm doing this to support the NGO that helped me in exile. Vladimir Putin and Ramzan Kadyrov have tremendous power. They can freely kill (such word in the Russian media were absolutely impossible in Russia only a few months ago - KC). But I'll still continue the fight. I demand compensation for 11 months of imprisonment and tortures.
I gathered evidence from 15 people. I could give more, but I have to protect those who stayed there.
If I meet Kadyrov, I will kill (buterais, in French) him (the word "buterais" mean "I'll kill" in slang, but it means "I'd beat" in the French standard language, so the KGB translator in Moscow had to translate as "I'll beat him", but now Prerestroika -2 is underway in Russia - KC).
I'm probably going to die like my son, even before this is over. I do not afraid of anyone, and I have nothing to lose", he confessed.
Umar Israilov's father also told that his son repeatedly warned the Austrian police of threats from the emissaries of Kadyrov, but no action had been taken to protect him.
"In February, I filed a lawsuit (against the Austrian police. - editor's note) in the hope that Umar's widow and children receive a pension. If it does not work, it will be a proof that the Europeans refused to protect us. Because they are too afraid of Putin. Kadyrov is a puppet of Putin. Impinging on him means attacking Putin", the paper quoted him as saying", the KGB InoSMI website writes.
