Kremlin happily rubs its hands: it managed to capture one of the leaders of the Caucasian Resistance - Emir Magas. It's a rare case!
The Russian invaders, throughout the whole history of the current Caucasian War, managed to capture alive a leader of the fight for in the Caucasus only once - it was Salman Raduyev. Leaders and ordinary Mujahideen use ever chance to become a martyr, but not to surrender to the enemy. We felt obliged to state the following in connection with the capture of Emir Magas.
1. We certainly solidarize both with Emir Magas and with other members of the Caucasian Resistance. We believe that they wage a fair liberation war. Accordingly, Russia in this war is an aggressor, an occupier.
2. Russian security forces have been repeatedly, even at international level, engaged in prohibited methods of warfare: in use of torture against prisoners and civilians, in abductions and killings of civilians, in use of prohibited types of weapons.
It is easy to assume that Emir Magas will test (or have already tested) all the specific characters of the Russian methods of treatment POW's, the effect of psychotropic drugs, other forms of harassment and humiliation.
We warn the Kremlin that such actions throws it back to the times of the darkest Middle Ages and increasingly move it away from the civilized world. And no international economic forums, no olympic games or eurovisions being held in Russia would give that bigot state any respectability.
3. It is not necessary to doubt the nature of the sentence, which a Russian court will pass upon Emir Magas. Certainly, this sentence will be accusatory, and most likely it would be a life imprisonment. Here you can recall a similar sentence passed upon the above-mentioned Salman Raduyev. Shortly after the trial, Salman died in prison, according to the official conclusion, from a disease.
It is clearly obvious that he has been just killed under the orders of Russian authorities. Probably, in this case, the Kremlin has already planned something similar. Therefore, we would like again to warn it: the bloody massacre of a person already convicted and serving a sentence shows extreme meanness and cynicism of those who commit the massacre.
These individuals deserve the name of fierce savages. And how funny is to hear sometimes from the mouth of these savages arguments about their lawful state or equality for all before the law!
4. And finally, at last. It is strange that the Kremlin does not understand the obvious thing: no primitive brutalities against Mujahideen prisoners would bring the desired result.
On the contrary, the result would be only negative. In place of the martyred members of the resistance, others will certainly come. The satanic cruelty of Moscow will only strengthen their hatred towards it and the desire to cast off its yoke.
Long live free Caucasus!
