Video. Speech from the Chechen President

The Kavkaz Center news agency received a video of speeches from the Chechen President and the Amir of the CRI State Defense Council- Majlisul Shura Dokka Umarov as well as from Amir Mansur,  the Sharia Court Chairman;  Amir Seif Islam, the CRI President's Counsellor; and  Amir Abuzar, Commander of the Turkish Unit Osman. The speeches were recorded after a meeting of a Military Sector of the CRI Armed Forces.

 

In his address in the Chechen language, the Head of State covers important political issues and clarifies some ideological questions.
